Exchanges and Returns
At Retired Young, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something didn't turn out as you expected, here is how to proceed.
Timeframe to request an exchange or return
You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
Conditions
- The garment must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags.
- It must include the original packaging.
- This does not apply to sale items or limited editions (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
What can you exchange or return?
- Incorrect size
- Damaged product or manufacturing defect
- Product different from what was ordered
Process
- Send us an email or contact us through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the product.
- We will respond within a maximum of 48 hours with instructions for returning the item.
- Once the garment has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or our error.
